Sima has lived and worked in Ku-Ring-Gai for over 23 years and as a result developed a detailed knowledge of the population, landscape, economics, amenities, topography and the community which are indicators that drive the property market. This enables Sima to identify a property and marry it to a prospective purchasers criteria, seamlessly.

As a property professional, Sima started her career with a multi-national property development company based in the Sydney metropolitan area. Sima was responsible for the acquisition of land and sales of few completed strata residential projects e.g. Manly, Darlinghurst, Parramatta and Lindfield.

Following her 10 year role as a project manager, Sima decided to combine her knowledge of the area with the skills acquired from her previous role to establish a real estate agency buying the franchise Asset Realty whom were an established group of agents specialising in Sydney's North shore property market. When the franchiser's sold the brand to PRD Nationwide, Sima decided to join the Ray White Group rebranding her business as Ray White Gordon / St Ives. Sima together with her team have successfully being selling properties up and down the North Shore for over 13 years, whether it be houses, strategic land sales or multi-storey strata developments.

Sima is renowned as one of the best closers in Sydney's North Shore combining her knowledge and her iron clad negotiating skills which always accompanies her to the table. We know that we could not achieve our record breaking results without the loyalty and support of our Investors / Developers / Vendors and majority of this is a direct result of Sima's hard work and drive.

As a resident of Sydney's North Shore and previously growing up in St Ives NSW, attending both St Ives Primary and High School. Nowvcurrently working in centre of the Upper North Shore for the last few years Ari's objective is to add value to the place he calls home by applying his knowledge backed by the Ray White network and giving his Clients a better understanding of the property market and the people within the Ku-ring-gai local government area.

Ari spent three years as a Property Manager between 1999 - 2002 at Ray White Gordon / St Ives and was able to apply his local knowledge in letting properties to residents outside the local government area. Holding strong values in Education, Ari made the decision to improve his skills at The University of Reading, United Kingdom to study a Bsc. (Hons) Investment and Finance in Property which was completed in 2006. In order to be recognised as a full member of the RICS, Ari had to sit his assessment of professional competence which required a two year study / work placement as a graduate with Savills PLC Europe.

Gail Moore

Gail entered the Real Estate Industry over 9 years ago and has since excelled in the Property Management sector. Having lived on the North Shore her whole life, Gail brings invaluable knowledge and a no-nonsense approach to every client.

With experience managing portfolios of over 150 properties, Gail maintains individual attention and 100% commitment to each client with her ability to create wealth and lasting relationships for each customer. Gail has developed high quality office systems and procedures that ensures the Property Management sector of the Gordon/St Ives team runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis and is always offering her landlords advice on how to increase the size of their portfolios.

With her long history of people-related positions, Gail ensures that every property and client is managed with her typical style of commitment, integrity and attention to detail.
