I purchased a property from Sima Akbarian, Ray White Gordon/ St Ives early 2010, What a delightful experience!! Sima successfully negotiated between vendor & I (purchaser) in a highly professional but friendly manner satisfying both parties. A fair price and early settlement was achieved due to Sima's attention to follow through with sale.  I would highly recommend her to a vendor or buyer of property.
